1. Schedule a Meeting
We want to get to know you! The first step in the landscape design process is to schedule a meeting with one of our designers to talk through your vision.
2. Create Project Drawings
Within two weeks of our first meeting, a landscape designer will provide you with sketches of your project. We work closely with our customers to make sure there are no surprises and that you are completely satisfied with the design.
3. Provide an Estimate
Once you approve our sketches, we will prepare a cost estimate for your review.
4. Prepare Your Contract
After you approve the project details and price estimates, we will seal the deal with a handshake and a signature.
5. Schedule Your Project
Depending upon the time of year and scope of the project, we will schedule your project within one to six weeks of receiving your signed contract.
6. Make Preparations
Our team will handle everything to ensure your project is installed without a hitch. We will contact all utility companies that play a role in your project.
7. Begin Your Project
We work hard to stay on schedule. We will break ground on your project during our agreed upon time frame.
8. Completed Project
Once we have completed the installation process, you have the final sign-off. Because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we won’t leave until you are completely satisfied with the results.
